How Does It Work?
Pick the social media platforms for your filter or lens.
Filters can be published on both Facebook and Instagram for no additional charge. Both Snapchat and TikTok filters are separate and will not look identical to filters on the other platforms.

Look over filter and request changes.
Filter must be approved by Meta, Snapchat, or TikTok to be published.

What is augmented reality?According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the definition of augmented is "made greater, larger, or more complete." Basically, augmented reality is a digital add-on to our physical world.

How long does it take before I get my filter?This varies widely per filter. Some basic filters may just take a few days, while more complex ones will takes up to 4 weeks.

Are there any other filters we don’t do?Our Filters abide by the policies set by Meta and Snapchat.

What is our policy to avoid unhealthy comparison with our filters?Although it's impossible for us to prevent unhealthy social media comparisons, we want to promote a healthier community as much as possible. Each filter will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but here is an example to give an idea of what we won't allow. A lens that increases bicep size has the following words floating over-head: ✘ "Am I hot yet?" ✔ "Work-out goals" One phrase encourages unhealthy comparison, while the other suggests personal development.

Do we give refunds?Due to the amount of time involved in creating filters, no refunds will be given. Please schedule a Zoom meeting before purchasing if unsure about your design.
